Remisens Hotel Albatros-All Inclusive

I liked the place so modest and down to earth clean n the service is lovely I would definitely recommend it

酒店不在城區，酒店蠻大的，含早晚餐都不錯。離海邊很近，旁邊小鎮可以走走，晚霞很漂亮，性價比還是不錯的。

We stayed for 2,5 weeks at Remisens Albatros and it was absolutely superb. We were very satisfied with the food and hygiene of the hotel. We chose for all inclusive and we fully enjoyed the facilites that came with it. Don t expect A brand drinks from the dispensers, but that is all. The variety for the food was impressive and the quality was very good! The service from the employees exceeded our expectations. We were sick and they helped us with calling a doctor when needed, when needing some flexibility for a room change due to personal reasons they kindly helped us. Everyone was nice and helpfull and we want to thank Antun is special who gave us extra attention when we needed, which made this stay feel like home for us. We are allready looking to book Albatros for next year thanks to the amazing experience we had here.

Just been for a week here.Food was good.The rooms kept extremely clean and maid changed every day! Drinks were awful..and we never drank them!! Scenery outstanding and Cavtat beautiful with amazing sunsets.The activities laid on were great..in the pool mostly..however .the music at night was so loud until 11 that we couldn’t relax on our balcony..if only they would turn it down slightly and be aware that some people are trying to relax! It was a lovely week but my husband and I got food poisoning ( vomiting and nausea)or a stomach bug on the last night which wasn’t ideal…we managed to endure the journey home but it was a stressful end to an otherwise fab hol..

After reading some of the reviews for this hotel I was slightly nervous about staying. The hotel is amazing. The location to the beach front, little beach bars, the boat jettys for trips to Dubrovnik and the 3 islands are all minutes walk away. My mum and I only stayed half board, as we knew we would be out on trips throughout,the day. The food was plentiful and lots of variety. People moaning about the food? Honestly, I'm not sure what they expect. Every evening, a choice of fish, pork, chicken and beef, salads and pasta. The entertainment staff were lovely , I only participated in a pool aerobics and a quiz night, but there was lots of entertainment, and the young staff work very hard, and are super friendly. The pool was clean, only thing I could see people at 5am!!! Putting towels out to reserve the sun lounges. Leaving zero lounge 's at 8 9 am. A visit to the beach was a nice change for the day, but I paid 8 Euro for a lounge with a padded mat. Also some people left a mess at the pool, for staff to clear up, even though there is rubbish bins. Shout out to the cleaning staff who maintain the rooms, we were on the 3rd floor and the blonde lady was lovely, the young restaurant staff who clear the plates, and there is always staff cleaning and maintaining the outside area. My mum and I would stay here in a heart beat. The sunsets,and the Vista from the hotel and our balcony was incredible. Just an FYI, the beach opposite the hotel has a cash only shop, coke and wine and cider really cheap. Day trip to Montenegro well worth it. Booked with Jenny, turn right outside hotel and she is just on the corner from the big hotel complex.

Nice big room, a lot of space in bathroom. Balcony and air conditioning. Room was ready for check in at 15:00. Breakfast was amazing and u had variety of choices to eat. Very close to sea and boat pick up point. Antun at the reception was very polite and helpful. handsome guy and nice i like him. He is a good man and good looking this is what my girlfriend said. Enjoy your stay here and be nice to him please.

Hotel was better than I expected and bedroom was a very good size. Food not bad but a bit same every day. Reception staff were constantly helpful especially Antun who always went the extra mile to sort out any problems. I think the department that let the hotel down was the bedroom staff. They only seem to do the very basic cleaning but they should realize that other 4 star hotels do a great deal more. It definately needs some attention. On the whole a great holiday. Lisa Morrow

We booked this hotel for the location and the view from a sea view room.We were very happy with our choice after paying extra for a premium room however most of the rooms had sea view and I think they were all basically the same. The rooms were tidied each day but they could have been cleaner. The breakfast was ok but fried eggs were raw most if the time and food only just warm. You could always find something to eat at dinner but it could have been better. The staff in hotel were very friendly and helpful especially on reception the person who helped the most was Antun ,he was always very pleasant and nothing too much trouble.
